This tutorial shows how to make the OpenLips morph for the P4 Poser Woman. The woman already has this morph but I consider that it is enough difficult to create and it deserves to be studied, so you can create OpenLips morphs for all your new mesh. Moreover, not all people open the lips in the same manner, some show the upper incisors, some the lower, some do not show teeth, following this guide you can create your version.
